Huawei operates globally. Huawei concentrates on the market of Europe, America and Asia. We are going to analyze the market  on the basis of mobile, internet and networking. We are also going to analyze the target audience.   

Russia , India and China top the list in the total number of mobile users. Huawei now has a partnership with Google and is now planning to release mobile phones using Android OS.India and China put together leads the world market in mobile consumers. US consumers lead the market in smartphone consumption.45% of teens  own a cell phone and 33% have used to send a text message.



Huawei targets teens and youth for their higher end models and their advanced mobiles. Huawei moving into the American market has given them the opportunity to stray into the smartphone arena. Their partnership with Google will give them a edge in the smartphone market.


Smartphones is the trend right now and this graph shows the demographic of smartphone users in the US.  US has the highest number of smartphone users in the world and the number of smartphone users in Asia and Europe is also in the rise. Men use smartphones more than women, on the other hand  29% of iPhone users are women with children(soccer mom)[1]. This graph also illustrates that 50% are from the age of 25-54.

Huawei has released an Android based smartphone (Huawei IDEOS X1 ). Huawei plans to ship 12 million to 15 million smart phones which run on Google's Android Operating system.

Smartphone Demographic.
People whose income are more than 100k use smartphone than the rest of the crowd and they are used more for Business than personal.iPhone is not used as a Business phone when compared to smartphones from other vendors. People from different parts of the world behave differently when it comes to buying a new mobile. In India 62.6% buy a Nokia phone[2]. Nokia is also the biggest selling brand in China[3].
